How to protect your family from the coronavirus

1. Stay home as much as possible

2. When you are out, social distancing is critical (staying at least 6 feet away from other people)

3. Wash your hands for at least 20 seconds. If you can’t use soap & water, use hand sanitizer w/at least 60% alcohol

4. Avoid touching your face

5. Wear a cloth mask if you go out

Coronavirus disease (COVID 19) is caused by the virus severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 or SARS-CoV-2 for short. People most susceptible to coronavirus are believed to include people over 65 or people with an underlying medical conditions (heart or chronic lung disease, asthma, diabetes, cancer patients & those weakened immune systems)
